Why Join the Holiday Estates Homeowners Corporation?

Holiday Estates I & II is a safe and attractive community. The Homeowners Corporation keeps it this way. We legally represent the members of the association. We keep our sub-division a 55-and-over park and are responsible for the safety of the community as well as to ensure property owners maintain their property in a pleasing and respectful condition.

We want every property owner to have an active say in the rules and regulations that govern Holiday Estates. We encourage you to join the Homeowners Corporation and become a stakeholder in the governance of your community.

Membership Qualifications

If you would like to be a member of the Holiday Estates Homeowners Corporation, be prepared in the following 3 areas:

  • Association Icon

    Property Ownership

    Only property owners are eligible to join the Homeowners Corporation.

  • Association Icon

    Proof of Age

    Identification to demonstrate membership qualification.

    Annual Dues

    To help with governance and common property upkeep.
